Can I pay with Debit/ Credit Card?

Currently we only accept cash transactions.

Will there be tax on my purchase?

No. We are a tax free zone.

While exploring products and prices on our site, the price listed is the price charged for your purchases upon your visit to our location.

How much cannabis am I allowed to purchase?

Unlike OCS (Ontario Cannabis Store) we do not place any limitations on how much or little our customers are able to purchase in any one visit.

I can't find the product I want on your menu or it's sold out. When will you get more stock?

Inventory for our products fluctuates daily. We encourage you to check back daily for menu updates.

If we do not carry a product you are looking for, kindly let us know and we will endeavour to make sure we have it available for you during your next visit with us.

What is the difference between THC and CBD?

THC: Short for tetrahydrocannabinol, THC is the most common cannabinoid in cannabis. It is the primary psychoactive cannabinoid responsible for the intoxicating “high” that may be experienced when it’s consumed.

CBD: CBD is short for cannabidiol and is another common cannabinoid in cannabis. When consumed, CBD affects various processes in your body but does not produce an intoxicating effect.

Do you have a customer loyalty program?

YES!!!!

Every purchase of $50 or more will be documented on your customer loyalty card. After your 9th visit with a purchase of $50 or more you will receive $50 off your total purchase on your 10th visit with us.

Do you offer refunds on purchases?

All sales are final.

In an exceptional circumstance, store credit MAY be offered for the return of a faulty product at the discretion of our staff members.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy for the harassment and/or negativity towards our staff and/or customers and violation of this policy may result in expulsion from the premises.

Can I take my purchase with me into the United States?

No.

Never cross the border with your legally purchased cannabis. Cannabis remains an illegal drug in the U.S. and many other countries, even despite some states legalizing cannabis for non-medical and medical purposes.

I've just purchased edibles. How much should I consume for the desired effect?

While you may ask our staff for their preferences and what they take in terms of dosage, please know that what works for someone will not work the same for another.

The intensity and longevity of the effects produced by edible cannabis products is dependant upon on many factors, including weight, gender, amount of food ingested prior to consumption and metabolic rate.

Consumption amount depends on your body’s response; try a small dose and wait at least two hours to determine any potential effects.

While smoking Cannabis products often offer a near instant effect, edibles take much longer for the effects to take hold. This delay can often be at least a half hour to as much as two hours.

Our advice? Start with a low dose and wait for the effects to take hold before you consume another dosage.
